Terms & Conditions

Shipping
Most items and orders are shipped out the same day, unless otherwise advised. GWC will ship your order prepaid and added to the invoice. Orders are usually shipped via UPS (Red, Blue, Orange, or Ground), Federal Express, truck or other common carrier services that are available upon request. Insurance and C.O.D. charges will be at the customer's expense.

Pricing
All prices are FOB our warehouse. For large quantities of any item, please call for a quotation. Prices are subjected to change without notice.

Minimum Order
There is a minimum order requirement of $100.00. All orders under $100.00 will be charged a $10.00 service fee.

Payment Terms
Terms are C.O.D. for first order. Buyers wanting other payment terms must submit bank information and credit references. GWC accepts approved company checks, cashier checks, money orders for UPS, Federal Express delivery, or will call. Drop shipments must be paid in full prior to shipment, unless other arrangements have been made. Each return check shall be subjected to $15 handling fee.

Return of Stock Product
All returns of stock products must be prearranged and confirmed by GWC. Please call to arrange a return of stock products. Be prepared to provide your company name, invoice number, invoice date, item number, and quantity to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be displayed on the shipping label of all boxes or returned items. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Returned stock products must be in mint condition. Any request for return or exchange after 30 days from the invoice date may be denied by GWC. All returns or exchanges accepted by GWC are subject to a 15% handling charge.

Cancellation of Stock Product
Orders of stock products may be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order.

Custom Product Terms
Custom ordered products cannot be returned or exchanged. GWC will replace any custom ordered product, which has a defect in materials or workmanship. Please call to arrange replacement. All orders for custom products are final and cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.

Claims
Damage or loss occurring during transition should be reported to the carrier at once. All claims for product shortage or damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. All claims must be by phone, fax, or E-mail.

Warranty
All products have a one year warranty unless otherwise specified. GWC warrants that the goods furnished will be free from defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing products, which prove to be defective upon our inspection. Please call to arrange a return of defective items. Misuse or alteration of products cancels all warranties.
