- How do I return a defective item?
If defect should occur, please fill out the RMA form at www.gwctech.com/RMA%20Form.htm and follow the instructions on the form to obtain a RMA # prior to shipping back the defective product. Once complete, please send the completed RMA form along with the copy of your receipt/invoice with the date and product circled.
